Hi...this just happened to me a few minutes ago (I know, right! lol) Anyway, I've always noticed it to happen off and on. Sometimes it feels like there's a block during orgasm and then a pause before I ejaculate. It doesn't hurt (if definitely ruins or stops my orgasm) but it doesn't feel good either. It's gelatin chunks (best way to describe it) and they are yellowy in color which I always thought was from the urine maybe trapped inside the ureter? If I'm "excited" throughout the day, and urinate etc, I just assumed it was from being "worked up" and the acidic urine mixes with any pre-cum that has worked it's way into my penis. Then, later on when I masturbate, this coagulated semen seems to occur. BUT, it also happens when I eat large amounts of high-proteins. I masturbate every day, and sometimes more than once. If I don't, my scrotum hurts and aches. My friend had the same problem and his doctor told him it's stress-related and that hernia fluids build up in the scrotum causing the pain. So I don't know what it is, but it's good to know I'm not alone lol!! I have to say, it doesn't happen all the time, and if a ureologist isn't worried, then I wouldn't be either. But good for you for being pro-active...men need to talk about their health more often. :-)

Add another to the list of men with coagulation issues. It's been going on with me for several years, and this thread helped to clear up some questions I had about it. I always have the gummy worms and chunks, but if I go a considerable amount of time without ejaculating, it's painful and as mentioned by a previous poster, the globule can get stuck in the urethra and I have to milk it out...it actually gets hung up in there. It sometimes have the yellow hue to it as well. At least it seems to be nothing more than an oddity and sometimes inconvenience.

This was most helpful! My boyfriend has the same problem every now & then. I didn't mention it the first few times even though it scared me, but the last time it happeded I asked him if he noticed it & yes he had noticed it before. I am so glad to know that every thing is ok & ill just have to deal with it looking like that nasty pudding I would never eat. It doesn't sound too hard to explain & I'm glad its simple :-) good luck with you guys & I hope your girlfriends understand the way I do.

so does anyone actually know what the problem is or what's really causing it? I too suffer from the same problem.1

I have had this for a while too. It was noticeably more when I was taking vitamin B-Complex. I know that it is normal, and actually do not mind one bit, as the inclusions make orgasm more intense.

Add me to the list as well. I also get the gelitin pieces. Whoever mentioned tapioca and gummy worms was right on the money(no pun intended). I don't always have them, but have had them enough to notice. Sometimes there's just a couple of them, sometimes a lot of them. I have a feeling they are protein or something coagulating inside the tubules of the seminal vesicle(or possibly the prostate), because they seem to take that weird shape sometimes. sometimes they almost look white, rubbery worms or sometimes they are clear spheres like tapicoa, a lot of times a mix of both.I know it sounds weird to have inspected them like this, but man, when you notice something like that you get a little freaked out. I am glad as hell I found this forum. It really puts my mind at east to know that there are a lot of other peeps out there with the same clumpage.

Below is a link to the "mega thread" regarding this. The thread has been going on since 2006 and is still going strong with posts every day!

Another her, 10+ years. Been to 3-4 urologist, no one could ever explain it to me. Saw another urologist today at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. He stated sperm coagulates after it leaves the body so they can gang up to attach to the uterus lining awaiting their mating partner. We have sperm that is already coagulating before it leaves the body. Reason, he cold not give me one! It does hurt at times, feels like I'm shooting bullets, other times it's hard to come out (gotta milk it). I do need to drink more water and probably eat less protein.

OMG!! I've been worried about this for years. Exactly the same thing you are all talking about. It makes sense. I lift weights and consume a LOT of protein. I'm also highly stressed as I work roughly 60 hours/week. This rocks thank you guys so much!! :-D

So it is my theory that these "globules" or "jelly worms" or whatever they may be are actually formed by the secretions that make up semen, not sperm. In fact, sperm and testes have nothing to do with this anomaly. This is coming from a man with a successful vasectomy who still gets these "chunks" in my ejaculate.

I guess i'm in the same boat as you all. I'm 20 years old, and first noticed this right when I hit 17. I started wrestling then and ate alot of meats to bulk up, and since then I have an unpleasant surprise every load... Like everyone else said, I can't really say its painful, but I definetly feel clogged. I can't really get with any woman for the fear of them saying something crazy like "omg do you have aids" or something like that. I might go visit a urologist just to make sure that everything is working correctly, but it's definetly a sigh of relief to read these posts. I'll try watching what I eat and cutback ALOT on proteins!
