Hi! Are there any people present who know something about compensated hemolytic anemia? I have already figured out that this must be some form of hemolytic anemia. But what does the compensated mean? I mean, what does it refer to? Please answer my question of you can. Thank you in advance!
I had never heard of compensated hemolytic anemia, so I looked it up on the internet. To be honest, I could not find any relevant links or information at all, just some useless stuff. Perhaps there are doctors on this forum who can answer this question though. Why are you enquiring about compensated hemolytic anemia?
i don't know if you'll see this or not a yr. later, but my husband has compensated hemolytic anemia. if i remember correctly how his dr. explained it, the compensated part means that his body is keeping up w/ creating enough hemoglobin even though his body is attacking it. basically, the amazing creation of our body that God has made is doing what it's supposed to. if it weren't, that would be a problem, since your body needs a certain amount of hemoglobin for the blood to be healthy.
