Good day to you my friends,

The reason of my being in here is because of my recent development of urticaria. I'm only 22 years old and I haven't experienced anything like this until last year, and it has continued to grow worse with each passing day. Is this something that I should get scared about? I haven't gone to the doctor for any formal analysis yet, but through my own research of the itches and welts I've been having, I have identified my case as Urticaria. I get ring-like itches on the palm of my hands and then when I get scratched lightly, the portion of the scratched part swells a bit and starts to get itchy, giving my arms or leg a weird embossed look. I could even make out words on my skin if I tried.

But since I've been plagued with this for almost a year, I'm starting to get scared already because as I've read, there are no cures for it :(

Hoping to get a feedback soon, any insight will do.

Thankfully Yours,

Tenno

I've had it off an on all my life.  Only realized what it was when it started to get bad @~18y.o.   24 now, it's just gotten worse.  It seems really terrible at first (first1-2), but then it can  get so much worse.  taking singulair, antihistamines, and cyclosporine (basicly chemo) now.  It makes it sort of under control as long as i severly limit my diet and activities.
