Hello. I have one very delicate and maybe serious problem and some quick advice would be more then welcomed.
You see, about two weeks ago, during showering, I have noticed that I have these small bumps on my labias. They are small, painful and very hard to see but are definitely palpable under fingers.
I normally shave down there and generally I do have sensitive skin all together, but I still don't think that such thing could be caused by normal shaving.
Could this be something I should be worried about?
Thanks!
Well, I don’t know a lot about this things but I know enough to say that there could be two probable causes of your bumps.
First, it could be some genital herpes which represent sexually transmitted disease so, you would know, if this could be an option. But, it is accompanied with clusters of bumps which become filled with clear fluid, then open to become small sores which may scab over, and you didn’t described your case like this. So, it is probably the second probable cause- sebaceous cysts. They result when oily material blocks a sebaceous duct or gland in the skin.
These cysts may disappear spontaneously or remain in place without causing any problems but sometimes they must be surgically removed because they could interfere with normal function of vulva in urinating and sexual intercourse.
Hello, I have the exact same thing as you, did you ever find out what it was? my sister has herpes virus and that was the first thing I considered but I just don't see any possible way I could have contracted it from her. please reply me back if you found out what the cause was!
