I'm 16 and STILL haven't started my period (runs late in my family), and I think me and my boyfriend are going to have sex soon. Will not having my period effect me in any way? Also, about a week ago, my boyfriend fingered me... I didn't bleed, but it hurt REALLY bad.

I don't think that not having your period will affect you sexually. However, make sure you do use protection because you could start ovulating anytime without even knowing and end up pregnant.
Your situation is difficult only because you cannot predict your ovulation and your safe days. Once the periods start, it may need some time for them to get regulated,....so .....use protection to avoid pregnancy!!!!
