Recently after starting college I've been so sleepy, I get enough sleep (6-7hrs) My diet is. . .OK. I've started to eat fried foods again but haven't had sodas. I don't exercise (unless you call running up and down stairs with a 12lb bag every other day exercise) You wouldn't believe the trouble I have getting up in the morning!
I even get tired when playing video games (I LOVE VIDEO GAMES), I fall asleep when watching movies, I doze off in class, when talking on the phone, last week I spun out of control in my car (well, my tire blew out, BUT I was daydreaming when it happened).
I know that when your teenager you naturally get that tired but I'm 18 now! haven't I grown out of that?

you maybe just simply not getting enough sleep, also carbs can make you feel sleepy so cut them out of your diet but not completely. if this doesnt work then see your doc about aving a blood test to check if your anaemic or for an underactive thyroid also known as hypothyroidism.
You should see a doctor for a blood work. Anemia could make you feel lethargic. He or she may even advise you to take some vitamin B complex for a month or so.
Yeah maybe I should go to my doctor, I never even considered a blood test. And Vitamins should work too and just to play it safe I'll do some sit ups or something when I wake up. Thank you!
