Its as the topic says, Im 20 years old, I'm male, 5'8 208ibs. Been feeling CONSTANTLY nauseous the last 3 months now, everyday, all day, 24/7. I USED to have bouts of dizziness/fatigue during the first month this started happened, but has since dulled down. So far, I've been to the docs severalllll times, all baring no results at all. I've had so far: -An MRI (all normal) -An Upper GI (ultrasound) (all normal) -Celiac disease test (negative) -I've been referred back to the GI for an endoscopy (DEF. not looking forward to that, horrible fear of anything being surgically done to me) -I've also been referred to some sort of "Inner-ear" physical therapy class, but seeing as though that was for the dizziness/fatigue i no-longer have, I see thats all quite pointless. I've been perscribed many medications, all to no avail whatsoever. -Prilosec/Promethazine (12.5/25mg)/Meclazine/Zofran ODT With only the promethazine helping in SOME SMALL WAY, by making me incredibly drowsy, passing out so feeling the nausea is completely avoided while sleeping... This is really taking a mental toll on myself, I have not worked in 3months due to this, I barely go out anymore, I've got a very bad loss in appetite, (I was 248ibs at the beginning of this, now I'm weighing close to 208ibs and dropping every week.... I've COMPLETELY changed my diet, I only eat soy products, low-in-fat foods, I do NOT drink/eat dairy products anymore.... Which I loved btw, no sugar or wheat, I eat gluten-free products. This is really taking a mental toll on myself, I have not worked in 3months due to this, I barely go out anymore, I've got a very bad loss in appetite, (I was 248ibs at the beginning of this, now I'm weighing close to 208ibs and dropping every week.... The nausea is bad somedays, where other days its tolerable, but still menacingly aggravating to deal with, I feel like giving up, I'm getting no answers, no relief, it makes it so hard to sleep at night because of this, or have a social life whatsoever, and im quite the social person... If any of you have any of the same symptoms or stories that could help point me in any direction towards a well being, please, do care to mention them. Im on my last leg and limb with this aggravating ordeal, and doctors are proving to be overly expensive and are helping in no way shape or form. Thanks for reading, any advice would be wonderful. ~Ryan

LOL, at the end is your name - one option may have been pregnancy but nope, your male!

I am a Celiac (no wheat for the rest of my life) and still get stomach pain.  ONe thing when I first changed my diet from wheat to non was SOY.  I could not and still not eat soy, soy because it is genetically modified unless you buy Organic gave me really bad nausea and stomach pain.  I'm sure that is not the extent to your bowel problems but try cutting out soy and see if you get any relief.

Also, another thing that helped me with those symptoms were: cut a small piece of real ginger into a candy size.  Put that piece into your mouth and suck it only - do not chew it - and leave it in your mouth for as long as tolerable to you.  Or make it into tea, cut small pieces of ginger up and pour hot water over it and repeat over and over - I like the other method the tea is what my mom does after I suggested to her what I do.  Also, to relieve any pain?  A heating pad over the abdomen works and feels great.

Hope this can help
