Constant tingling but never a lip sore

Sorry I'm not sure how this works-we are anonymous here? Same person with the tingle and the joint pain. I'm talking very serious, debilitating knee pain. Can't stand up at work, or even in the shower. I also have depression/anxiety and have been going through a particularly rough stint. Few months of hell with work/family/relationship/ drama and stress. Started taking an antidepressant called Wellbutrin. I think it would actually be helping if things weren't actually just blowing up so often-it's like every other day there's a new problem.

I have been insanely fatigued. Like Just EPICIALLY EXHAUSTED. Scraping through life, like uphill battle kind of tired. I'm wondering if everything is related. I have been pretty damn f*****g down about it all. Do you guys have similar psychological/physical symptoms? Could it all be connected?

Having a tingling sensation in one small oval shaped area on top lip. There is no sore and it feels normal to the touch, no bump, no discoloration. If I pull the lip up and stretch it to look at it better, I guess maybe I could say there's a little bit of IDK inflamed blood vessels? I really can't see anything, I feel like looking through a microscope at it. It is VERY tingly and feels almost like it's about to go completely numb.

I do smoke weed pretty regularly, I used to smoke cigarettes but it's been a few months and definitely a few years since I've been a daily cigarette smoker. I have never gotten cold sores before, but I accidentally drank out of a friend's water bottle the other day. I am freaked out, I really don't want to have my lips ruined :( they are kinda cute. I feel like if I went to a doctor they would totally undermine me and say I'm fine. I also get what I guess is called, "burning mouth syndrome," which is really just a doctors way of saying that "it's harmless and your fine." there's no way to treat it, and it's not contagious-but my tongue will literally just burn as if it's been burned with boiling water. It starts out slow and gets worse throughout the day. Sometimes can last for a few weeks at a time. It's f*****g painful, and yet doctors have the audacity to say it's "harmless." Yeah it's Harmless to YOU as****e.

Anyway, are your symptoms on lips like mine? Do you guys have joint pain? I have very bad joint pain in my knees especially. Sometimes hips. I try to stay on top of vitamins. I eat healthy. I take an antidepressant. Just started, and I suppose this lip tingle is kind of new.

Does anyone do a blood test for HSV 1 when you having the tingling feeling?

Please be careful. I was dating a guy for two months and he never had visible signs of hsv1. The virus lives in saliva and can be contagious at all times. He knew he has the hsv1 and failed to disclose it. I'm over the moon upset and feel like no one will want me because of it. His excuse was the he hasn't had an outbreak for other a year and also that his Mom and Aunt has it and it's no big deal to them. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS AND ASK FOR TEST RESULTS BEFORE KISSING ANYONE! This was my first kiss and I've been very upset that something like this can happen just from kissing someone.

I have a small mole on top of my lip that has been tingling for at least a month now. It doesn't sting or hurt. What is it?

This happens to me a lot! It’s a cold sore for sure. Sometime my immune system suppresses it before the cold sore breaks out and sometimes I’m not so lucky. I find I’m more likely to break out if I stress about the tingle so try to relax.
