My husband and I are passionate runners. We enjoy running so much that we persuaded a few couples to join us. We all run together. We are known as the running bunch in the neighborhood. Recently I started to feel that my legs are tired and not ready for the effort. I feel that way all the time. What is the cause of this constant fatigue in my legs? Maybe I am not in a good form and should train harder.
Well, you said it yourself. Your legs are not ready for the effort. You are probably over trained and undernourished (my guess). Your body is telling you to stop it for a while and rest. Listen to your body. Avoid running for a week or two, maybe even longer than that. I am pretty confident that after that your legs will be just fine. Also, you have to take care of the food you eat. Get plenty vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water. Treat your body right and it will love you back. Flogging a dead horse wont get you anywhere.
