Hi, I think you responded to my post on another forum. I'm going to find a physical therapist that can evaluate my pelvic floor. My main symptoms are genital numbness and constipation. My GP said it is genital herpes causing the numbness. I've read it can cause both symptoms, but it is unusual. I've been symptomatic for five months and seen about ten doctors including a urologist and sexual health doctor. Nobody else can figure this out. The urologist said it's in my head basically.

I have exactly the same symptoms (right side) kidney pain from 4am and also pain in the groin area. My GP insisted it was ovulation pain, and told me to look it up on the internet! So what do you say?
