i havent had my period in 2months and gaining weight and having pain in my right side but i have tooken 3pregnacy test and all of them came up neg. could i be having a tubal pregnacie? i freaking out really bad can anyone help!
I'm not an expert but I'm assuming even if it was a tubal pregnancy you would still get a positive pregnancy test because you would have the Hcg hormones? Of course that's an assumption and your best bet would be to go to a doctors office. Maybe you have something else going on that could be causing your missed periods and pain.
