I am 24 year old male. I have always been a active person. I lost my job and was not very active at all for 6 months and I got constipated for 3 days. I fixed that and I started noticing blood specs on the toilet paper a few days later and the doc said it was a hemorrhoid. Ever since then I have been having severe anxiety. I always worry about my health and stay on google. My stomach is always in a knot but my stools look normal unless I'm having a severe case of anxiety and I always get diarrhea. I have no history of colon cancer, no blood in stools or anything. Just nauses alot but I am always thinking about what if. Can it be colon cancer or is it health anxiety?
All i can say i see a doctor, quickly, or talk to a nurse you might as well be sure then wait to long

Sounds to like you have anxiety! I've been dealing with health anxiety for over a decade so I know what you're going through. The good news is blogs like this help a lot! Health websites generally tell you about the worst case scenario and for good reason but this only makes you feel more hopeless. But talking to real people Apr there experiences always helps settle the nerves. Bottom line if your Nervous see your doctor, but don't be surprised if he tells you you are all clear and that what you're going through is normal. Let him know you have anxieties too, they will know how to help you! Good luck!

Hey... Nothing would be serious.
First of all try to avoid hemorrhoids, and then everything will be fine.
To overcome these problems you need to maintain healthy amounts of fiber and water intake levels. Here I am giving the recommended fiber levels as per age.
For Males (19-50 years): 38gm/day
For Females (19-50 years): 25gm/day
For Male (51 years and older): 30gm/day
For Females (51 years and older): 21 mg/day
Remember... One should drink more water when he/she is mindfully increasing the fiber levels.
