i am 23 with 2 kids and recently missed two periods but i took 2 home pregnancy tests and both were negative. i checked my cirvix and it is high, round, wet and closed. some one tell me AM I PREGNANT!!?

If you've missed two periods and the tests say negative, then you aren't. If you want to be 100% sure then go to your doctor and have him take a blood test.
