I've had a dull ache in my left ovary that radiates to my lower back, and the rest of my pelvis. Its sort of on and off, it isnt there all the time. I've had it for about a week now. during my last period my ovaries ached really bad so could this be a cyst? When I pee i feel my left side twinge a bit. and whenever I take a bath or shower it subsides for a little. I also have on and off headaches and recently gained some weight for no known reason. I know these are all symptoms for a cyst. could it be? please help
