Ten years ago I had a lesion on the vulva close to the perineum. It was excised and studied, the results came back: VIN III. It was found by the GYN, as I had no symptoms and was unaware of its presence. I was treated with Aldara cream and it cleared up.
Yesterday I discovered a bump/pimple/cyst on the perineum just below the vaginal opening, this is painful and I was able to express some thick pinkish substance from it. Could this be a recurrence of the VIN III or something different.
I have Systemic Mast Cell disease with enlarged spleen and painful axillary nodes. I am on Prednisone also. Could this bump be related?
