I have been experiencing cramping, but do not have any bleeding. My period is over 10 days late. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, but both have been negative. Could I be pregnant or is there something else wrong? Help

I have been experiencing the same symptoms along with nausea. I went to my doctor and they ran a urine test and a blood test. Both came back negative. She said that I could still be pregnant if I have a late ovulation so to recheck when I am two weeks late. But she also said that it could be an ovarian cyst. She is also running some other tests as well to check for protein and something else. IF those come back normal, she will send me to the gyno for an ultrasound to see what is going on. I would get into the doctor asap so you can get some answers.
