hi im a week late on my period and have had light cramps. I was so sure i was pregnant but i took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative could i still be pregnant?

hey im the same, week late n slight cramps, feel sick in mornings n dont feel right. Keep thinking im pregnant but took two home preg tests n both were neg. not sure what else to do, spose just keep waiting for my period to come or not.
