my girl noticed something similar in that after we had our first time she started treating me like c**p and she realized it herself and she worked to correct it because she felt bad.
PS there may also be an underlying psych issue like repressed anger towards him or some male from you life thats coming out, seeing as how the female brain nearly completely shuts down all thought processes during orgasm and shortly after it may be acting like a removal of your inhibition to treat him in such a way(or at the very least thats what some studies i saw say)
