Hello, I'm glad to share the same interests with you. I believe in the same theory as you do. I didn't want to be scared when 2 members of my family died of cancer. I did not want to believe that it is writen in my genes. That made me turn to alternative and natural cures, macrobiotics and healthy life habits. My favourite author is Bill Gotlieb, he wrote number of excellent books about alternative cures. I recommend you to find some of his books and read them, they contain great home made and self help remedies. It does not mean that I don't believe in conventional medicine, but I have found that this knowledge can keep me away from doctors.
