I am a 21 year old male.
Recently i have started experiencing 'pinchy' feeling on my scrotum. Its as if there is a tiny cut on it; like someone is pinching it with a pin! I checked it and found a few tiny light colored circular scars on it. Its as if some skin has been 'scooped off'. In the middle of the cavity, there is a tiny strain of blood.
Also, my scrotum area and area under penis shaft have become blackish in color and often becomes very hard. Other genital skin area around it is not blackish. Various skin 'foldings' (striped layers) and small circular cavities are all over the affected area. Also i observed small light black patches on lower scrotum area (near the anus). The whole area looks abraded.
I have not had any injuries on my genital areas in recent time. I have never had sex. Also i clean my genitals everyday.
Do i have some disease ? Please tell me a cure to bring my genital skin back to normal.
