I recently had a hysterectomy because of large cyst on left ovary, very small cyst on rights ovary, and fibriods in the uterus. During surgery they found a cyst in the right ovary and all was sent to pathology. The left cyst was benign, but they found atypical cells in the right tube and sent them to a special lab for diagnosis. I took all kinds of cancer test before my surgery and they all came back negative. What are the chances this may be something serious. Can this mean cancer?
