The first few days are the hardest and then its mainly in your head... The craving are goin to be strong but once you see that you can get up and not have to have a pill to do so, it makes you feel alot better.... I know what you mean and what you are going through, I too have been on 30mg roxie's about 2 - 3 a day for almost 3 years now and 2 weeks ago had just had enough. I laid in bed for 5 days didnt get up to do anything but sit in a warm tub of water to help with the pain. I took alot of sleeping meds so that i just slept all day... I have 2 small children and had to have the grandparents watch them while I tried to get better. I still have mood swings and feel like i need one alot of times but i get a scrpit of xanex so when i get that feeling i take one of them which helps.... The best thing you can do right now is get LOTS LOTS of sleep, take lots of vitamins... I took lots of vitamins the 1st week.... and try to drink alot, you are probably not going to want to eat much or i didnt... I didnt eat anything but 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup the whole 1st 5 days... Best of luck to you!!!!! Keep your head up and know that there is a better life out there! I'll pray for you!!!!
It's been 24 hours now. I have not taken anything to help and I just want to give in but I i want. I got hurt at work yesterday and it caused me to lose my job. I have three kids and I can't give In, just for them. I give it two weeks and I will have nothing. Roxie's that's what I've been taken for two years. So u might know how I feel. I was going to do this next week but no job no pills. It's that simple. I can't get to the doc till Monday. HELP!!!!! Is there anything to ease the pain. I'm begging for anything that would help.
alot of it has to do with mental addiction. try and keep your mind occupied with other things, puzzles, internet, seraching stuff that does include looking for stuff that your going thru right now. I took my last dose 25 hours ago and still havent felt any withdrawls yet. im pretty scared bout the upcoming days
it has also been 25 hours for me since i took my last dose, and im pretty scared about the upcoming days. i havent felt any withdrawl symptons yet, but im getting prepared for them. I heard alot of its mental... so try and keep yourself occupied as best as yo can! good luck
I quit taking mine too my last dose was Monday at 8 pm. I have tried everything but nothing helps I broke down and between yesterday and today have taken three halves to keep me from screaming. That still didn't take it all away. I also have the flu right now which I figured why not quit while I'm already sick ya know. I will pray for you
