i didnt get period in till now...it is three day delay...how many period does an ipill affect...m really worried...
The ipill can affect your period for SEVERAL months. It varies in all women.
Plz don't mind doc...actually m really worried....actually earlier I had took this medicine multi time but their was no side effect...but why this time...this is the fifth period which is disturb Bcoz of I pill
I can't answer why this time. Several factors come into play including when you took it during your cycle and also your build, weight, hormone levels, general health.
Take a pregnancy test if you are concerned but I don't see any reason you should be.
my periods were due on 19th and i had sex on 16th we used condom it didnt feel like it broke out and he ejaculated in me but there was a sticky white thing outside the condom. im afraid if condom broke and we didnt get to know though i ate the pill in 66th hour of having sex. im still waiting for my periods and its 21st today.can i get pregnant?
It's very unlikely Somya, with or without any form of birth control. If you expected your period 3 days later, then you'd be well past ovulation so the egg would NOT be viable. You'd be at your lowest fertility.
The pill can make your next SEVERAL periods early or late. It's a very common side effect.

You took the ipill in time and should be protected. You may notice some spotting or cramping. Your next few periods may also be early or late and heavier or lighter than normal.

You did not need the pill - you were at your lowest fertility. The pill can make you LATE. It's a common side effect.
hello doctor, i have very similar question. Its been past 9 days i missed my period . I had taken ipill on the first week of feb. i have done home pregnancy test twice after i missed my periods and both the times it showed negative. how long should i wait for my periods or is there any possibility am pregnant ? The IPill can make your period early or late. It's a common side effect. You can take a home test as soon as you are due for your period OR at least two weeks after having sex.
Yes there is a possibility you are pregnant. The Ipill, NO emergency contraceptive, is as effective as a daily pill or a condom. It's unlikely you are pregnant but there is a chance.
