I smoked for a while. I'm 21 and I've been smoking since I was 17 and started quitting at 18, I've been clean off weed for about 3 years. I remember this first week I had withdrawal symptoms and I woke up with this stomachache and I was 18 at the time, and I was in school at the time and while I was in class I was seeing stuff that wasn't there and all my body felt numb. And I just wanted to leave the class and I just remembered that it was the process. Sweating is good I used to play basketball and I'd go play basketball until I started sweating really bad so if you play sports play it, and loss of appetite is something I had, so I would eat fruits and stuff like that. It took me about a month to feel better but you'll be fine I'll give you advice that will come in handy, when you have those withdrawal symptoms remember that its the process and that's the only time it will happen ( well for me it was only once ) just remember you'll be fine and after that month I felt normal again and I enjoyed life so everyone that read this good luck and I mean that and almost forgot! Stay hydrated drink about 3 cups of water or more cups
