did my hymen break?

I'm 16 and I have a few concerns. I have masturbated before and I have inserted "penis like toys" however they are no bigger than 2 inches. I didn't bleed, I was wondering if I broke my hymen. I haven't had sexual intercourse before. I do some running but that's about all the athletics I do. I have been able to the splits younger, I read some women break their hymen because of athletics. my culture says I'm not supossed to be nonvirgin when married I'm version out plz plz plz help
