Okay
So I'm not going to lie
I'm a little over-weight
And this is really putting me down, I don't want to be like this, I want to be healthy, I don't want to have the risks that comes with it, I want to buy nice clothes, I want to feel confident
But the thing is I've NEVER had a good healthy diet, and I know a lot of people will simply say 'that's stupid, eating healthy is easy' but I honestly don't know how to balance what I'm eating
I don't know about how much of things I should be eating a day
So I was wondering if anyone had a good diet plan I could stick to? Things that say what to eat and when, it would be so much more helpful than guessing this, and guessing that.
