So this is extremely embarrassing for me, I'm 15 years old and for awhile now this has been happening. I constantly have very wet underwear, my lower area is very warm feeling a lot of the time and i have noticed that very embarrassingly my underwear doesn't stop the wetness from seeping into my clothing so I have wet patches showing. I have found that i need to wear pads sometimes to stop my jeans or bottoms from getting wet. I have no idea what it means and i'm far to embarrassed to speak to my Mum about it, especially seeing as she'd probably suggest seeing a doctor/Gynecologist.
