Discomfort in the left testicle for about 4 years now when sitting down. It bothers me every single day. No pain when standing up or walking, just when sitting. Pain has not been severe. Just annoying and has me worried more than anything. It’s not pain but more like discomfort/tenderness/pressure. The discomfort is similar to having your jeans riding up and squeezing your testicles. I went to the urologist after 3 weeks of noticing the discomfort but said I am fine, and found nothing. He did an ultrasound and nothing showed. He also said that I don’t have “Varicocele’. What do you think my problem is? It’s really annoying, it bothers me a lot when sitting down. I really can’t drive or sit for more than 15 minutes. The longer I sit the more painful it gets. Also I feel a lot of heat around my testicles when I sit for more than 10 minutes. I don’t wear any tight jeans or tight underwear. Dealing with it on everyday basis I found out that when sitting on something cold like a hard wood chair or metal chair without a pad (school type chair), I don’t feel any pain. But when I set on something that gets warm from sitting on it like car seat, sofa or a chair with a pad, it bothers me a lot. Please this is ruining my life. Help me if you can. I am 19 years old.
