Hello, My left testicle seems to be average size or a bit small and my right one is somewhat in the shape of a lightbulb about 2 inches tall 1 inch at the bottom and 2 inches wide at the top, also it is about 1 inch in depth. Is this "normal" in any sense of the word? or should i get this checked out immediately? I asked my friend about this but he has nothing similar, also sperm flow is normal, i dont have any pain from it either. It is hard though and it feels weird between my legs when I walk because it feels kind of like a small potato is in my pants. I dont quite recall when this happened (bad memory). I am not allergic to anything besides deodorant and my only medical condition is depression (if those may have any contribution to the problem. Another reason of worry is that I am 17 and I weigh only 115 lbs and it seems unusually large since it is like handheld. HOPING that it isnt hazardous and I am worried about going to a doctor about this, Im worried about my parents finding out and yes I do masturbate. Squishing the right testicle it feels like it is a large marble or like an elbow by the texture. I have had second hand smoke, I personally do not smoke and I avoid smoke and cigarettes, I never drink alcohol and I have never done drugs. I don't drink much water, I eat a lot and a lot of my food is acidic or sugar(sugarry?). Lot of pop involved in the past as well as candy fruit and such. I used to take protien shakes and such. Also I don't piss myself and I do have an extremely high bladder control. Is it possible from not going to the washroom enough? Since during school which is about 6-7 hours long I never use the washroom and on weekends I do not use the washroom much either. At the moment just trying to list down anything that may be useful for people to know to enable them to answer. Thanks for all of your time!

I hope you have seen a Dr. I had one testicle that was larger than the other. It is called a hydro seal, where a layer of water forms around the testicle. I had mine operated on when I had my first hernia operation. The only thing painful was the Dr. jerking the bandage off the next day. I have a white scar where the surgery was. Mine was around when I was 17 also. Had an older Dr. and was hesitant to ask about it. He said it was nothing out of the ordinary, and surgery would take care of it. Mine was firm but not hard as you are describing. Definitely see your Dr. , don't be embarrassed about it. The Dr. is there for medical problems. As far as holding your urine, it is not good to do. I worked in restaurants, and when it was busy you couldn't go. The first time I went to the urologist, they drained 1700 cc, 2 full square plastic urinals. The insisted I had to be in pain, I felt fine. Anyway holding it can cause urinary tract infections, which require anti-biotics, and some take stronger ones. Get in a habit of going before school, at lunch time and in the evening. eventually your bladder will decrease in size when it is holding all that urine. Make sure you drink lots of water. the sugary food and pop with fructose corn syrup is not good for you. I went from a fruit punch, to 100% juice and lost about 15 pounds. Hardly anyone drinks enough water as they should. But it helps to flush out toxins, you will feel better, and have less of a chance of having problems later. But please get on a regular schedule to urinate. If you are shy at a urinal, use a stall and sit down to pee, there is nothing wrong with that.
