Hi!

I would like to ask your opinion on something I'm experiencing lately.

(I'm a 24 year old male, my height is 183 cm (6ft) and weight is 75 kg (165,56 lbs.)

I had to stand for 10 minutes in a small room with lots of people, listening to somebody and gradually I started to feel really sick. I experienced nausea, dizziness (at the end it was so bad my vision became distorted) and my head felt like it is filled with ice cold water. I went to the bathroom and kneeled on the floor for 5 minutes until I was all right.

I wouldn't give it much thought if it happened only once but today I felt it starting again when I had to stand still on my feet for half an hour, this time in a big room with a few to none people around. I went to the bathroom in a hurry so that I can squat down.

I consider myself a generally healthy person, I nearly never take any medicine, don't drink coffee, alcohol and I avoid most stuff with added sugar. I exercise at least 3 times a week (stationary bike, push-ups etc).
I gave blood 4 days ago and the doctor checked my blood pressure but didn't say anything so I guess it was OK just as my body temperature.

Please note that it first happened in (I gave blood in june) october, then today (I gave blood 4 days ago).
It may be allergic reaction or you may have mild case of anemia. Since the over crowd making less oxygen level in the room, causing not enough oxygen for your body's cells need, specially the brain cells resulting in nausea, dizziness and headache
