My husband has both shingles and Lyme Disease, finished with meds and progressing well. He just had a major dizzy spell, compete with nausea, room spinning, etc. It sounds like he was about to faint, but he does not have low blood pressure -- the opposite in fact.

I too have just finished my meds for shingles and I have a dizzy episode once in a while. I too have high blood pressure. I'm not sure why I'm having these, I have never had them before.
