I'm 14 years old, I was recently put on the pill by my doctor. Please don't jump to conclusions, its because of fairly heavy periods. I just started on my second packet (Microgynon 30), skipping the free week as my period came during taking it. Anyway, I'd just been having abdominal pain up until recently, it wasn't so bad, more like cramps to start with. I eat, and then the pain comes on. I has gotten worse recently and I have had to go to the school nurse, because I can barely stand up. All together the symptoms I've had are Dizziness, tiredness, Abdominal pain after eating, slight numbness in my hands, depression/anxiety (because of events that have happened to do with friends and school), I do sometimes feel like I need to vomit but haven't. I am very unsure of what is wrong, the numbness recently came on while the pain was getting worse.
Have you ever thought about your diet? You should be a wise consumer and know what you are putting into your body. Depression and anxiety usually AREN'T a cause of the symptons you have provided. I think you should be more careful with your foods and drinks, and start a change off attitude. :)
