I just need some help and if anyone has any answers that would be great.
i work out regularly and a few days ago i got this throbbing pain in the lower part of my abdomen (where i would figure the ovaries are) so i had to stop running for the pain to stop, the next day i started working out again and the pain came back only this time it was worse and the only way i could get it to stop was to lay on the floor in a crouched position, later that day i got my period. it has been heavier than what my usual periods are and its lasting longer. the thing is im getting light headed and sometimes i get dizzy and just feel like i need to sit! i just figured these were symptoms of my period but i have never had this before and i am kind of freaking out so if anyone has had this or knows what this may be it would be great to find out some info!!!

Is there a chance that you could have been pregnant? I am sorry to inform you that these could be symptoms of a miscarriage or a heavy period. The dizziness could be caused from loss of too much blood which is dangerous also. Since you have not experienced a period like this before, I am leaning more on the miscarriage side. Know that we are here to talk and if you need anything you can message me? I am here for you.
