Suffering the same, dizzy depressed going on for nearly a month now. When is this going to stop? Is there anything I can do to make it better
my background is very different from most. I am 76, female. i suffer from depression, anxiety attacks & take prescribed meds. 2 pieces of guidance, no matter what your age. 1. start keeping a mood journal (with side-notes on health problems like shaking,etc) the mood diary ( i stick in coloured stickers on my calendar, every day - yellow for good, blue for feeling low and half/half when neutral). when you're feeling really low and thinking it never ends, PLEASE look at your diary & you will see there are many good days in your life = great for batteling mood swings. Next time you visit your doc. about your health, bring your diary. there is nothing worse than being told its nothing. love, Bang.
