Sorry dude, I hate to break it to you, but they're likely there for the long haul. Unless you are willing to put yourself completely out there and face painful surgery, your best advice is to get used to it. But worries, it's only as big a deal as you make it. I have a pretty significant case, visible on the lower shaft and a lot on my balls. When I have sex with a girl, it typically doesn't come up as a topic of conversation. Getting head is the most vulnerable position for the girl to be able to see clearly your junk issues, but never has a girl mentioned anything afterwards to me abotu it. I've shared my condition with 1 girl i've ever been with and she didn't really care at all. I told her because I wanted to not because she was inquiring about any weird bumps. Seriously man, everyone has embarrassing superficial attributes. Everyone is self-conscious about something. This is just your cross to bear. Self-confidence is really hot to girls and if you have the outlook that yeah, I have fordyce spots.. whatever, I'm awesome. It doesn't matter. That's how I was born. Aint no thing, then it won't matter to her either. Fake it til you make it. The worst thing you can do is let your insecurity hold you back from experiencing a healthy and enjoyable sex life. It's normal bro.
BTW- I don't encourage people to attempt to pop the spots as this will only give room for more dirt to get into your pores and create additional and more noticeable spotting. Not science, just speaking from personal experience.

hey man sounds like what I have please let me know if you learn anything...my best piece of advice is that most times Hibitane, a 5% Clorhexdine solution, now offered in a 4% as Hibiclens and heavy sea salt bath must be raw sea salt not episum, not the same. As far as I know the tea tree this and that don't work, no antibiotics do they make it worse, steroids are c**p, I'd still encourage a biopsy while your young it might be DAR but I yet to believe in that get a couple scrapings while your there too its no big deal as long as the person doing it is personable with you show of true confidence. I put the tea tree oil in aveeno daily moisturizing body wash and then the Hibitane or now in Canada the Stanhexdine (4% Chlorhexdine soultion)..in short we have more animalistic skin due to whatever beyond our control, the yeast pocket essentially has wild group so best way is to maintain it with nature and nuture. My new regiment is to back the multi head pimples with raw sea salt let sit for 5 mins and go into a bath with the stanhexidine solution just until the water color changes to a noticeable difference and sit for half an hour with my legs up and spread. The solution essentially a salt based wider based more hypoallergenic anti-bacterial (so fungi included) body scrub. I believe it works because salt is completely water soluble allowing for less wear and tear during the cell permeation process....there is no official work that I have seen that even discuss's our condition in detail however I do know that in salt water it goes away. It could also be a for of HS that has yet to be clearly identifiable that is if you think there is more that one head. Beneath the surface sinus tracts to provide alternate route for fluid drainage, crater like scars if you've had the breakouts like I've had hopefully you don't and the most important advice. Do not ever pick at the or squeeze if you see a head, define pimple like head take a sterile tiny pin and gently make one hole so that with no physical force is require to squeeze some out before the skin turns red. Put in the sea salt wait 5 mins and soak.

What you are reporting is typical of Fordyce spots. They are ectopic sebacious glands. These glands are generally deeper in the skin and remain small, however when they are shallow like this, they are attacked by your immune system specifically by dendritic cells. These dendritic cells pile up around the sebacious gland and can cause it to grow, and appear to have a puss like substance inside. This isn't a infection, your body is just treating it like it is. After awhile pressure can build up and you are able to pop it and led out some of these white dead dendritic cells, and if you are lucky the sebacious gland as well. If you get the gland out it won't come back. If you, however, squeeze it, and are unsuccessful you can expand the affected area and cause it to grow. I have had these my whole life and I try to ignore them, when they get large I just take a scalpel and carefully cut and remove them. Please only attempt this if you are skilled with a scalpel and have medical training.
