I am a female and I think that it would feel amazing if my boyfriend went down on me. He's never brought it up or tried it. I'm scared to ask him if he wants to eat me out because what if he thinks I smell or taste bad? Idk. Thoughts?

Personally, I think he's selfish.
If you are willing to go down on him he should do the same.
Maybe he's afraid you will object. You might find a way to bring up the subject.
Having said that I have had wonderful memories of one girl I dated for nearly two years who made sure I did what she wanted. While we were parking on about the 2nd or 3rd date she simply pushed me under the dash facing her and pulled my face into her where she wanted it. She was also the one who maneuvered her hand into my pants the first time she got into my car and grabbed what she wanted there too. We had known each other for several months but this was the first time we got to be alone in my car so it's not like we just met. We had spent many evenings rubbing our bodies together to achieve mutual satisfaction on her parents sofa after her father made her mother to bed so we could be alone. This was nearly 60 years ago so it's not something lovers have recently discovered.
You are right. It will feel amazing once he learns how to do it well and I can't imagine you having to live without it. So get after him. I never found anything objectionable about the smell or the taste even when she was on her period.
