Yesterday I had rootend surgery to remove an abscess under a molar.

Today I woke up and had a look at the tooth: below the tooth there is now a strange, white bump. It is about 3mm long (0.1inch), 1mm wide, and 1mm think.

It does not look a fistula (which I had before) or a canker sore. It's completely white and mostly rectangular in shape. It almost looks like the filling used to fill the cavity where the infection used to be is protruding out of my gums..? Is this at all possible? Unfortunately it's Saturday and the clinic is closed..
