when i am almost done peeing it hurts. then when i wipe there is slight blood. i know something is wrong because its not my period....i don't think.
I would say it's not an STD, but it could be an infection of some kind. There are a few out there that do produce a little blood at times. Do you have stomach or back aches. Do you have a real urgency to pee only to get a dribble with pain on the way out?

well, my joints are sore and i wouldn't call it an urgency to pee...unless i am mistaken, but only at the end of peeing will i feel pain. this started last night.
and yes, now that i've been paying attention, i do have to use the bathroom every 15-30 minutes.
Sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection. It is cause from bacteria getting into your urethra and up your urinary tract, usually from your anus.
You need to go to a doctor immediately (before it spreads to your Kidneys) and be put on antibiotics.
