I am glad there is a forum like this around.. I have been dealing with a lot of tiny bumps on my scrotum and shaft. The ones on the shaft seem to be swollen hair follicles that when squeezed, pop out puss.. However the ones on my scrotum are more like molluscum.. However they are smaller and are raised bumps that are filled with puss.. Almost like a peice of corn when popped with a pin.. Of course they are the size of a pin head.. They do not flatten out on top like mulluscum either.... However they still are annoying, and I know its not an std > however I want to get rid of them so no one will think that they are... Any suggestions?
Well, those on penis shaft could be sebaceous prominence aka sebaceous cysts. They form around hair follicules, so you may think it is ingrown hair. You should be squeezing it out because you are then more open to infections. If these sebaceous cysts get infected, they may turn into painful, red and swollen cysts.
The tiny little bumps on your scrotum could be folliculitits. They are usually very tiny, raised and contain puss. If they are not going away on its own, then you may need an antibiotic to take care of it.
It would be best to pay a visit to a urologist or dermatologist (even a GP could take care of the problem) to realize what these bumps are because no one can make diagnosis according to the symptoms without having a look.

^^^ Sorry about that...
Anyhow, I wish I could solve this with a medication, however I dont want to pay out the arse for it... Is there another solution besides an antibiotic? Or is it the way to go?

I developed small bumps about 3 years ago. they started on my arms and forearms, small puss filled bumps. dermatologist said it was folliculitus and prescribed antibiotics, however, he warned that it might go away while on the antibiotics, but return when finished with the regiment. Took the antibiotics and sure enought a month after finishing the pills it came back. Now it has spread to my chest area and back and buttocks. No insurance worth a **&!! so I can't afford to keep refilling antibiotics. Dr. says he has seen it appear in people who sit at desk 5 days a week and people who work laborous sweating jobs 5 days a week.
Just wondering if their is more to it that he hasn't told me.
By the way, they itch so badly that I claw them in my sleep and they scar worse than acne.
