When I first began running I witnessed an accident involving a pedestrian who was knocked down and was unconscious. I wondered how long it would take to get word to his people, because he had no I.D. I then and there vowed never to leave the house without it.
I was just at Wal-Mart and they had an on-the-spot dog tag engraver kiosk [sp?] machine. I didn't see a price listed, but it was at Wal-Mart and they are the "low price leader".
