Do you own a pair of tights?
Yes I own several, some tight tights and some of the more "almost" tights. Would not run without them in the winter. They are so much lighter and warner than sweatpants.
What else would I wear under my tutu?

Frigid 60 degree winters? I saw a girl out a few weeks ago wearing tights that were so tight she was showing her camel toe and it was 10 degrees. I expected to see the goosebumps on her legs.
Yes...I own two pair. They are still very new looking. I don't get to wear them often, but when I do, I'm glad I have them.
