You haven’t said what your weight is. For example I am heavy person, but not fat. I play football and I do have a lot of muscle mass, but not fat. Listen, you don’t need others to tell you if you are fat or not. Weight is not the problem really it is what others think of you that counts and most look at your personality in the real world.
