My child is 15 years old and he likes to engage in all sort of physical activities. But he also likes energy drinks and I am not a fan of those. Do you think that there should be restriction of sugar-sweetened beverages for kids? I mean, I know that they are not all that healthy, but they do help him a lot.
Well, I can only say that there are millions of other ways for him to replenish his lost energy, various sorts of food that should help him engage in physical activity. And I think that you will agree with me when I say that all those drinks with info regarding what is the allowed amount to take in a day, cannot be healthy at all. And should be avoided!
