Obviously if you lost 90 dollars you were not using Isagenix. It costs a lot more, and yes it does work as a matter of fact I don't know anyone who hasn't gotten the results they wanted, gaining or losing weight, following the Isagenix system. ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed

Hi all - I have been trying this program, and I really like the taste of the shakes. However, I have diarehea almost immediately after the shakes, and my doctor told me my poop is very acidic, and that I should stop the shakes. I don't want to, but I honestly cannot keep this up as my butt hurts so much. Its inflamed and burns every time I go to the bathroom. Any recommendations on this????

I have been on for 3 weeks and Iam already down wweight and inches. I does work. People don't realize that you have to exercise and eat healthy while on because it isn' a miracle drink lol

Isagenix is great!!! It is a full program - follow the program! If you do a shake here and a shake there...... NO it's not gonna work. Follow it and it will work. I lost 35 lbs. and look and feel better than ever

Those are actually symptoms of detoxing. Increasing water and doing low impact movement such as yoga and walking would rectify that. Best

I agree!!! I couldn't do it the first time, spent the $300 for it, but didn't really put forth the effort. Had no willpower. But, a lot of my Ironworker brothers use it and have gotten REAL and huge results! It does work!

You're right- it's about calorie restriction. However, I really like Isgenox shakes, because I can substitue them for a meal and I am getting 24 oz of protein and a variety of vitamins that I would not be getting from the caloric equivalent meal. They actually taste good and are satisfying. I'm finding I dont have to rely on "willpower"- that it is easy! And it can be part of my daily lifestyle for as long as I choose.
