I have been ill for a month so far after trying this diet for a week I had to stop due to it making me vomit and terrible diarrhea. Since then I have had serious trouble eating normal foods without problems. I am having to see specialists and have investigations done due to ongoing ill health since this diet.

Wow... SUPER off-base review. Yes, a body can be acidic, by the way. MANY people have that problem and it carries certain symptoms with it - as ANY naturopath knows. Many typical foods such as red meat and grains are known to cause the body to be more acidic.
As for quality - anyone who KNOWS the product knows that it is organic and only uses top ingredients. For example, the whey protein is sourced from pastured, grass-fed cows in New Zealand that exceed USDA organic standards.

I bet all you people that praise Isagenix also made a life change, such as exercising and nutrition. I guarantee all these people that lost major pounds and inches put a lot of time into exercising too.

I am with this comment , i have been on this 3 weeks and the way i feel is wonderful...flushing all the c**p out of me , my friend has lost more weight than me but she started before me. I want to loose 60 lbs and this helps me i never ate Breakfast before which I no is bad but I love all i have to do is make a shake take my capsules and drink alot of water. I do have have more energy and more clarity in my day. ( i have been a childcare provider in my home for 27 yrs and this is the best i have felt.
