Yup its true it even makes it worse for some people, but it does come back heavier and more painful the next month
My period has always lasted at least 7 days. Except when I eat lemons. It's much shorter, around 4-5 days. But, you have to eat a few... I usually eat 3-4 lemons with salt. The more I eat, the shorter my period. It's weird, but every time I eat lemons on my period the same thing happens!

I think that's because lemon is a detox for your body and so that one day it was heavy it released all the blood you would have spent four-seven days bleeding out.

When I Started drinking lemon water I didn't get a period that month. I thought I was pregnant. I stop drinking the lemon water and the next month my period came back heavy.

To be honest that's what happens with me. Most articles say it delays or shortens it but with me it makes it come sooner and heavier than normal.
Not true it does work i have been using it to stop my period for years but you need to drink before your expected period.
I'm eating lemon right now while on my period I have heard that it's really bad to eat lemon on your period I'm not sure if hats true or not but what I do know is that Chile is actually not bad for your period.
