Anyone i've known whos smoked weed has lost weight , anytime i have smoked weed i've lost weight , to say weed dosen't help with weight lose would have to be a lie .. but to the point of weed can help SOME people lose weight , it's usually only if your a regular smoker and its for the simple fact of it taking away your appetite .. your starving yourself and not feeling the hungry affects coz your high basically .. after a while the thought of food may even make you feel like throwing up , for me weed has every time i've started smoking regularly i've lost up to 15 kilos and i enjoy smoking weed so for me it's a big plus

The reason why pot smokers are skinny or lose weight is because that's their life, you wake up smoke some weed, laugh, then sleep that cycle is repeated all day everyday, and also usually have no money because its all spent on drugs

My cuzin and i smoke pot on a daily bases we got bored one night and took the bikes out and can you say the most amazing ride of my life! i know weed makes some lazy but if you do something fun like ridding your bike you will lose the weight. and weed is a natural pain killer in its own way there for it makes it just that more enjoyable! take a walk get out of your house and do something the weight is not going to fall off by its self you got to push it. i smoke a bowl before we leave, then we smoke one when we get to were ever were going (were random we go were ever we want in the middle of the night cuz its cooler out) and then we ride back home there we smoke another bowl out of the bong eat a few apples and pass out. lost 40 pounds by doing this... truly amazing! and i feel so good about myself! and hay sharing is caring! bring a buddy with you!!! :-P :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

by the time i was 15 i dropped all my weight and got down to a healthy and nice size. i lost like 40 kilos.

Ok people. Heres my story. I was never "over weight" but as a girl growing up in this society, being toothpick thin was the only thing on my mind. I became a stoner when I was 16. I am now 20. So I have been smoking weed everyday multiple times a day for 4 years now. When I first became a huge stoner, i weight 143 and was 5'4''. It took a while for me to really cut it out with my munchies but i couldnt take it anymore! I felt nasty. I have dieted plenty of times before and it never worked! Smoking weed gave me way more motivation though so i really buckled down. I went to the gym everyday and did mostly cardio. NEVER ate shitty food. only only only put healthy food in my mouth. i drank sooooooooooo much water. and smoked madd weeeeeed man. so, its as simple as this guys. Smoke, eat only healthy, work out, and stay hydrated!!! If you do the healthy stuff, on top of smoking weed, weight will literally melt right off of ya! Idk why weed had such an effect, but i KNOW it did because prior of me as a stoner, anytime i tried to diet it did not work. Ever. and then i do the same exact diet while being a stoner and in 3 weeks i lost about 20 lbs. I am currently 131 now and have been since i lost the weight :-) im very very happy with that as well! ALSOOOOO i havent put the weight back on! So im not trying to say it works, or its scientifically proven, but I was my own guinea pig and can successfully say my hypothesis supports my experiment. If i have to quit smoking everyday, and i put weight on, ill let you know.

hey i read your message and the funny thing is that i just started a new workout plan today which also inlcudes smoking weed =) smoking helps reduce my hunger pains which helps me eat less. Tht plus working out everyday and a healthy food diet should help me loose weight . I m hoping to loose 20 pounds before christmas. How have you managed with your weight so far?

from personal experience I have lost a severe amount of weight, however not everyone is affected in the same way. One thing for sure is that smoking it alot, especially "skunk" will f**k you up
