I'm 13 years old and lift 5 pound dumbells on each arm. All I do is bicep curls until failure and I also hold out the weights at ,y sides for as long as I can. Would this stunt my growth.

No. That won't stunt your growth.
Weight lifting is a good exercise BUT you must use the proper technique. Also remember that your muscles need to rest at times too.
