I know two people that have recently started taking precision nutrition amino acids. One guy is a close friend and the other is a guy I know. Both guys have noticed an increase in libido, I haven't yet spoke to the guy I know about it, only my friend but he said the other guy (guy I know) recons it dilates the blood vessels? Whether it does increase libido by dilating vessels or not who knows? It's either an amino acid that's causing increase in libido or something added to it by the company...?? There is no mention of whey powder on the ingredient list. Just thought I'd let everyone know...

The name is precision engineered maximum strength amino 1500, there's 150 capsules in a red see through container. There's a long list of amino acids on the ingredients and the only ingredient I see that could be dangerous is hydrolysed protein. Neither of the guys have issues with libido damage. I warned my close friend never to touch whey powder and told him about the side effects, the other guy has been taking whey before I knew he was but never got the reaction. Both guys said it increased libido. I know there was a guy here I think he was down as Hein and he thought aminos may have cured him??? Anyway AAA if you are going to try it take half a tab in the beginning and stop if you notice a drop in libido. My friend was taking 4 per day and they made him extra h&rny. When he stopped them he went back to normal....

No fats and no carbs = no energy at all. Everything needs to be in balance and healthy to loose weight the healthy way. Eat a balanced diet and work out. Drop your calories less than your maintenance level. And do cardio. That's the best and healthiest way to loose weight.

On a random days if i dont take any vitamins i never have a morning wood but when i take folic acid i haave a good morning wood when i take vit b complex ( vit b 1,6,9,12 ) the morning wood is better
Focus guyz on this
When i double the dose of vit b complex the morning wood is better 90%
But i still dont have any wood during the day
I will increase the dose to 3 pills per day tomorrow and i will let you all know
But let us avoid the auto immune disease concept as i make esr aba cpr all was negative

You can't rule out immune system even if esr says there's no inflammation, sometimes blood tests don't mean f?ck all especially in cases like ours. Why does it happen to some and not others? It's cause your body has a reaction to it which would point to something with immune system, not auto immune disease which can be life threatening but something up with immune system.
