Hi. Yeah, using AAS will cause that. Your muscle heart will grow for sure, while he`s on AAS. When you are on AAS, your chamber walls stretch. Anytime you increase the amount of work for your heart it will grow. Being on AAS means that you have more tissue, fluid and high blood pressure. The growth is reversible, that is the good part. Training affects ultimate cardiac size. Your brother should rest in bed for a while.
